This registration is for Expo Exhibit Booth ONLY and is not considered a registration to attend the event.

An Exhibit Booth Ticket is REQUIRED for booth assignment the day of the event.

EVENT DETAILS:

• All exhibitors must have an active System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration. Registering at SAM.gov is free.
• Admission, parking and exhibit booths are free of charge
• Due to Limited parking - Carpooling is suggested
• No Government-issued badge is required

• Food trucks on-site 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

• Event is open to the public

• Register through Eventbrite. A ticket is required for Attendee entrance. A seperate ticket is required for Exhibitor Booth assignment. Printed or electronic tickets will be accepted.

FAQs

Do I have to bring a ticket to the event?

Yes. A ticket is required for Attendee entrance.

Exhibitors must also present a separate ticket for booth assignment.

Printed or electronic tickets may be used for entry.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

No. Each person must register as an attendee to enter the Expo.

Can I register as a company and list everyone who is attending with me?

No. There is no group registration. Each person attending must register separately. This includes all booth workers.

If I am requesting an exhibit booth, do I also need to register as an Attendee?

Yes. Exhibit registration is used to request an exhibit booth only. It is not considered a registration to attend the event. Every person must register as an attendee. An attendee order number is required to register for an exhibit booth.

Can I register more than one exhibit booth for my company?

No. Only one booth per company is allowed.

What can I bring into the event?

Exhibitors can bring materials to display in their booths. Please note: Electricity and WIFI are NOT provided.

Is there a drop off location at the front of the building?

Yes. There is space set aside for dropping off materials. However, NO PARKING is allowed in this area. The parking lot is directly in front of the terminal, and an easy walk to the entrance.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is free in the Cruise Terminal 10 parking garage and surrounding parking lots. Transportation is not provided.
