We need to declare Forms 5712, 5712-A, and Schedule P (Form 5735) obsolete and move them to the prior year forms list on IRS.gov.  This should have been done in January.  Can someone let Publishing know?  We also need to update Oracle to remove them from the current and any future year's program chart.
