General Comment
this system set up is a make work achieve nothing set up. the fat cat washington 
bureaucrats set up a system that makes states do the work while the fat cats sit 
on their butts all day. this country needs a better system where fda can do some 
work on this project. not farm it out. much of this information has already been 
sent by states. use. it at fda. stop burdening states. i note that fda employees 
have been caught sleeping on the job, playing card games, taking food bribes. 
this agency has a notorious history of no work. this information is already in 
the hands of this agency and is current. there is no needs to further burden 
states. this agency should be telling states how to do this. american taxpayers 
pay huge salaries to thiese agency employees yet they seem to do nothingfor 
their huge salaries. they send out for everything. they do nothing themselves. 
why do we need them at all. america sinks in health standards every singl eyear 
with these fat cat bureaucrats on the payroll.
