2. Ensure your aircraft operates in accordance with the FAA ADS-B Out Final Rule.
   • Verify areas of ADS-B Coverage prior to conducting any verification flights.
   • Conduct a flight in accordance with the requirements of the PIA program rules using the assigned Privacy ICAO Address and third-party flight identification.
   • Request a Public ADS-B Performance Report (PAPR) for the above flight
   • Fix any items of non-performance identified in your PAPR.
3. When the aircraft has no areas of non-performance identified, submit your Privacy ICAO Address Verification to the FAA.
