Proposed Collection of Information
This information collection allows
federal means-tested public benefit
agencies who are registered to use the
Systematic Alien Verification for
Entitlements (SAVE) program, and who

confirm the immigration status of
certain persons applying for specified
licenses and benefits using sponsorship
data, to provide information regarding
use of sponsorship data in deeming and
reimbursement processes. The purpose
for collecting this information is to
support Federal means-tested benefit
granting agencies in the administration
and oversight of their respective benefit
programs as they relate to deeming and
reimbursement processes in order to
better monitor system and information
use, and perform actions to ensure
compliance regarding SAVE program
rules, federal sponsorship requirements,
and deeming and reimbursement
obligations.
Comments
The information collection notice was
previously published in the Federal
Register on December 18, 2019, at 84 FR
69386, allowing for a 60-day public
comment period. USCIS did receive 21
comments in connection with the 60day notice.

The comments submitted to USCIS via
this method are visible to the Office of

The Bureau of Land
Management (BLM), North Dakota Field
Office (NDFO) is publishing this notice
to announce that an Environmental
Assessment (EA) for Coyote Creek
Mining Company’s (CCMC) Federal Coal
Lease-by-Application (LBA), serial
number NDM 110277, is available for
public review and comment. The BLM
is also announcing that it will hold a
public hearing by teleconference to
receive comments on the EA, Fair
Market Value (FMV), and Maximum
Economic Recovery (MER) of the coal
resources contained in the proposed
CCMC LBA lease tracts. The Office of
Surface Mining Reclamation and
Enforcement (OSMRE) is also accepting
comments on the National
Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
analysis regarding the potential Federal
mine plan decision.
DATES: The public hearing by
teleconference will be held from 3:00
p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central time zone) on
May 20, 2020. Written or electronic
comments should be submitted to the
NDFO or postmarked no later than May
29, 2020.
