LABOR-MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND DISCLOSURE ACT OF 1959 (73 STAT.
519, 29 U.S.C. 401 ET SEQ) REQUIRE EVERY LABOR ORGANIZATION TO FILE
AN INFORMATION REPORT CONCERNING ITS ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND
PRACTICES IN DETAIL, UPDATE THIS INFORMATION ANNUALLY AS NECESSARY,
AND FILE AN ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT.
