Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IS REQUIRED BY 5 U.S.C. 7119 WITH FINAL IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS ISSUED BY FLRA ON JANUARY 17, 1980 TO ADMINISTER MAJOR PORTIONS OF THE FEDERAL SERVICE LABOR-MANAGMENT PROGRAM. THE FORM IS PROVIDE FOR USE BY LABOR UNIONS NAD FEDERAL AGENCIES WHO REQUEST FSIP ASSISTANCE WHEN REGOTIATION IMPASSES RESULT DURING THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PROCESS.
