RAILROAD EMPLOYERS TO REPORT SERVICE MONTHS AND COMPENSATION FOR
EACH EMPLOYEE TO THE BOARD AS NEEDED FOR ADMINISTERING THE ACTS.
THE REPORT, PRESCRIBED IN 20 CFR 250.3, WILL OBTAIN A SUMMARY OF
THE COMPENSATION REPORTS SUBMITTED BY THE EMPLOYER. THE INFORMATION
WILL BE USED TO BALANCE
