Abstract: THE NAVAJO HOPI INDIAN RELOCATION COMMISSION INVOLVES THE RELOCATION OF MEMBERS OF BOTH TRIBES FROM AREAS FALLING INTO THE JURDISDICTION OF THE OTHER TRIBE FOLLOWING PARTITIONMENT OF THE LAND BY THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA. SECTIONS 13 14 AND 15 OF PUBLIC LAW 93-531 ASSIGN SEVERAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO THE COMMISSION.
