THE AGENCY REPORTING SYSTEM IS AN
ANNYAL SURVEY OF "NEW" FAMILY PLANNING SERVICE SITES TO DETERMINE
THEIR ELIGIBILITY FOR ADDITION TO THE INVENTORY, WHICH IS THE
SAMPLING FRAM FOR THE NATIONAL REPORTING SYSTEM FOR FAMILY PLANNING
SERVICES. THE INVENTORY ITSELF IS SURVEYED EVERY THREE YEARS TO
OBTAIN DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICES
SITES.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
