Abstract: THE COMMUNITY INFORMATION FORM, WHICH REQUIRES ANNUAL UPDATING TO INCORPORATE THE MOST CURRENT INFORMATION AVAILABLE, PROVIDES BASIC DATA ON THE COMPOSITION OF THE POVERTY POPULATION. THIS DATA IS USE BY THE CAA TO IDENTIFY POVERTY PROBLEMS AND ESTABLISH AGENCY OBJECTIVES.
