WITHOUT COST TO OTHER SESAS. FORM ETA-49 IMPROVES THE SCREENING
PROCESS BY; (A) REDUCING THE TIME WHICH ELAPSES FROM THE SESA'S
DETERMINATION THAT THE EQUIPMENT IS SURPLUS TO ITS DISPOSITION, AND
(B) STANDARDIZING THE INFORMATION. THE FORM IS COMPLETED BY THE
SESA, AND IS USED FOR SCREENING SURPLUS NON-EXPENDABLE PROPERTY
ACQUIRED WITH GRANTS TO STATES FUNDS BY OTHE
