Abstract: SESAS ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO THE ETA ANY SURPLUS EQUIPMENT THEY HAVE SO THAT IT MAY BE OFFERED WITHOUT COST TO OTHER SESAS. FORM ETA-49 IMPROVES THE SCREENING PROCESS BY; (A) REDUCING THE TIME WHICH ELAPSES FROM THE SESA'S DETERMINATION THAT THE EQUIPMENT IS SURPLUS TO ITS DISPOSITION, AND (B) STANDARDIZING THE INFORMATION.
