Abstract: THE BASIC REQUIREMENT FOR THIS FORM STEMS FROM THE DISASTER RELIEF ACT '74, P.L. 93-288, AND FED. DISASTER ASSISTANCE REGULATIONS (44 CFR PART 205). UPON COMPLETION OF THE APPROVED WORK, A FINAL INSPECTION IS CONDUCTED JOINTLY WITH THE ST. INSPECTOR AND LOCAL REP. THIS INSPECTION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PROJECTS OVER $25,000. THIS MANAGEMENT CONTROL FORM INCLUDES A CERTIFICATION THAT THE WORK HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND HAS BEEN COMPLETED AS APPROVED
