POLICIES INCLUDED ON ESTATE AND GIFT TAX RETURNS. THE INFORMATION
IS USED TO VERIFY THE VALUE OF THE LIFE INSURANCE POLICY INCLUDED
ON THE ESTATE OR GIFT TAX RETURN. (IRC SECTIONS 6018 AND
