IRC SECTION 6056 REQUIRES THAT THE
FOUNDATION MANAGERS OF EVERY PRIVATE FOUNDATION HAVING AT LEAST
$5,000 IN ASSETS AT ANY TIME DURING THE YEAR COMPLETE FORM 990-AR
AND MAKE IT AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION. THE PURPOSE OF THE
FORM IS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC ON HOW PRIVATE
FOUNDATIONS ARE OPERATED.
