Abstract: UNDER SECTION 7 OF P.L. 81-874 PROVIDES BENEFITS TO LOCAL EDUCATION AGENCIES IN CASES OF CERTAIN DISASTERS FOR MINOR REPAIR TO DAMAGED SCHOOL FACILITIES, FOR REPLACEMENT OF DESTROYED SUPPLIES MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT, FOR NEEDED TEMPORARY FACILITIES AS A RESULT OF THE DISASTER, AND FOR ADDITONAL ASSISTANCE NECESSARY TO PROVIDE FREE PUBLIC EDUCATION AT THE PRE DISASTER LEVEL.
