RENEWAL OF LICENSE AS ESSENTIAL TO THE PROPER CONDUCT OF A HEARING
OR INVESTIGATION AND SPECIFICALLY DIRECTS THAT IT BE FILED. THE
DATA IS USED BY THE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE APPLICANT
HAS OPERATED THE SUBJECT STATION IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND IS
QUALIFIED TO REMAIN A LICENSEE.
