THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT PROVIDES
FOR THE PAYMENT OF BENEFITS TO SURVIVORS OR THE ESTATES OF DECEASED
RAILROAD WORKERS. THE QUESTIONNAIRE WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT
THE SURVIVORS, IF ANY, PAYMENT OF BURIAL EXPENSES AND
ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE WHEN UNKOWN TO THE BOARD. THE INFORMATION
WILL BE USED FOR DETERMINING WHETHER BENEFITS ARE PAYABLE BECAUSE
OF THE EMPLOYEE'S DEATH.

1320.8(b)(3).
