Abstract: BOND COVERS LIABILITY OF TAX ON WINE FROM PUERTO RICO TO U.S. WHICH IS TO BE PAID ON A DEFERRED BASIS. SECURES PAYMENT OF TAX IN CASE OF DEFAULT BY (TAXPAYER) TO PAY THE PRESCRIBED TIME IN FULL. DESCRIBES TAXPAYER, SURETY COMPANY, AMOUNT AND COVERAGE OF BOND, AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE TAXPAYER AND SURETY COMPANY MUST ADHERE TO AND PAY THE U.S.
