BY TAXPAYERS. THESE APPRAISALS ARE USED TO DETERMINE THE PROPER TAX
LIABILITIES OWED BY TAXPAYERS. WITHOUT THE EXPERTISE OF QUALIFIED
APPRAISERS, ITS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COLLECT TAX REVENUES REQUIRED
BY LAW.
