THE INFORMATION SUPPLIED ON APPLICATION IS USED BY LAWYERS, ENGINEERS, ACCOUNTANTS AND VARIOUS PARA-PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL TO DETERMINE WHETHER APPLICANT MEETS BASIC STATUTORY AND TREATY REQUIREMENTS AND WHETHER THE PROPOSAL WILL SERVE THE PUBLIC INTEREST.
