SYSTEM (MMIS) IS A STATE-OPERATED, FEDERALLY-MANDATED, COMPUTER
SYSTEM USED FOR MEDICAID CLAIMS PROCESSIN AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT.
THESE DATA ELEMENTS REPRESENT THE FEDERALLY IMPOSED RECORDKEEPING
REQUIREMENTS OF THE MMIS.
