FORMS ARE USED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION FROM HANDLERS RELATING TO THE
OLIVES RECEIVED, PACKED, PROCESSED, CANNED, STORED, SOLD AND
SHIPPED BY THEM, AND ARE NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE COMPOSITION AND
UTILIZATION OF THE SUPPLY, AND TO VERIFY THAT ALL DISPOSITION ARE
IN ACCORDANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE ORDER.
