Abstract: THIS RECORDKEEPING IS REQUIRED TO SUPPORT AND DOCUMENT ANY EPA ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF FALSE INFORMATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATIN, FOR WHICH THERE ARE SEVERE PENALTIES. EPA MUST HAVE CORRECT INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION IN ORDER TO WRITE AND ENFORCE THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT CONDITIONS.
