delivered to the OMB desk officer at least three work days before
the changes take effect. OMB will advise the FHLBB by telephone or
directly whether or not additional information is needed and
whether or not the FHLBB may proceed without submitting a complete
SF83 package. This alternative clearance procedure is to faclitiate
the monitoring of the thrift industry condition by enabling the
FHLBB to quickly develop new information as necessary.
