Terms of Clearance: Approved for 1 year. However, before any request for continued use will be considered, USDA must submit to OMB a detailed report on the outcome of this pilot study, including problems with collection of information and changes proposed based on experience with the instruments. Also, USDA is advised to provide training for FmHA employees in the field, and for borrowers, in the interest of reducing burden.
