Approval is
granted provided that the contractors are explicitly told, as is
indicated in the November 19, 1981 memorandum from the Com mission
of the Transportation and Public Utility Service that "...the
format in which the data are submitted is not important."
Contractors are to be encouraged to provide the data in whatever
form is most cost-effective for their purposes.
