Terms of Clearance: APPROVAL IS GRANTED THROUGH FY 1983. REFERENCES TO OMB CIRCULAR A-95 SHOULD BE DELETED. IF FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE BEYOND FY 1983 NIH SHOULD RESUBMIT THIS REQUEST. HOWEVER, CHANGES IN THE LEVEL OF DETAIL REQUESTED SHOULD BE MADE. IN ADDITION, DESIGN STANDARDS SEEM OUT OF DATE, BURDEN ESTIMATES SHOULD BE REASSESSED, 260 HOURS APPEARS MORE REALISTIC THAN 26, AND THE NUMBER OF COPIES OF THE APPLICATION MUST BE NO MORE THAN AN ORIGINAL AND TWO.
