collection and recordkeeping requirements contained in this NPRM
are approved, however, we continue to recommend that the form not
be contained in the regulation since that causes revisions to the
form to require rulemaking procedures. If any changes to these
information collection or recordkeeping requirements are made in
the final regulation, it must be submitted to OMB for review. The
current clearance will remain in effect until these changes are
implemented. At that time, please submit an inventory correction
worksheet with the new burden information.
