FM & TV STATIONS TO NOTIFY THE FCC WHEN EVENTS BEYOND THEIR
CONTROL MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO ADHERE TO T OPERATING SCHEDULE OR TO
CONTINUE OPERATING. ALSO THE FCC MUST BE NOTIFIED UPON RETURN TO
NORMAL OPERATION. THIS NOTIFICATION IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 1.65
OF THE FCC RUELS AND ASSURES THE COMMISSION THAT THE PUBLIC
INTEREST, CONVENIENCE & NECESSITY IS BEING SERVED AND THAT GOOD
ENGINEERING PRACTICES ARE BEING APPLIED.
