Terms of Clearance: INCREASE OF 300 RESPONSES REFLECTS ADDITIONAL APPLICANTS FOR IMS FUNDING. THE INCREASE OF 19,500 HOURS REFLECTS A REESTIMATION OF BURDE HOURS BASED ON PREVIOUS PROGRAM EXPERIENCE WITH THE FORM. THE TOTAL BURDEN HAS BEEN ADJUSTED TO REFLECT THE ABSENCE OF RECORDKEEPING PRIOR TO RESUBMITTING CLEARANCE PACKAGE IMS SHOULD EXPLORE THE USE OF STANDARD APPLICATION FORMS UNDER A-110 OR PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION. IN ADDITION IMS SHOULD PROVIDE STATUTORY OR REGULATORY JUSTIFICATION FOR EACH DATA ELEMENT CONTAINED IN THE APPLICATION PACKAGE.
