Abstract: BEFORE NASA CONTRACTORS ACQUIRE NEW EQUIPMENT UNDER NASA CONTRACTS THE MUST CHECK FOR AVAILABILITY OF THE EQUIPMENT WITHIN NASA. THE 1419 IS ALREADY USED BY DOD CONTRACTORS FOR THIS PURPOSE. WE USE THE 1419'S RATHER THAN CREATING A SEPARATE FORM. HOWEVER, WE REQUIRE LESS DATA ON THE 1419 THAN DOD AND HAVE RECENTLY REDUCED THOSE REQUIREMENTS AGAIN. (SEE ITEM 19)
