INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR THE DETERMINATION OF TH APPLICANTS
QUALIFICATIONS TO CLAIM TITLE TO A SPECIFIC TRACT OF GOVERNMENT
LAND, AS REQUIRED BY THE ACTS OF DECEMBER 22, 1928, AS AMENDED AND
FEBRUARY 23, 1932. ANY INDIVIDUAL, GROUP, OR CORPORATION AUTHORIZED
TO HOLD TITLE TO LAND IN THE STATE AND WHO BELIEVE HE HAS A VALID
CLAIM UNDER COLOR-OF-TITLE MAY APPLY.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
