Abstract: SEC. 73.69 REQUIRES LICENSEES OF AM STATIONS TO SUBMIT AN INFORMAL REQUEST FOR MODIFICATION OF LICENSE WHEN REPLACING AN ANTENNA MONITOR. THIS REQUIREMENT IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SEC. 303 OF THE COMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1934, AS AMENDED AND UPDATES THE LICENSEE'S LICENSE REFELCTING NEW READING FROM NEW MONITOR.
