Abstract: THE INSURANCE CLAIM AND ASSIGNMENT PACKAGE IS USED IN AN FSLIC SETTLEMENT OF INSURED ACCOUNTS IN A DEFAULTED S&L. THE FORMS ARE REQUIRED FROM DEPOSITORS TO DOCUMENT INSURANCE PAYMENT, LOSS OF EVIDENCE OF ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP, AND RECOVERY OF UNINSURED SAVINGS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 405 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.
