Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED FOR EXCISE TAX COLLECTION PURPOSES ON BARRELS OF BEER. THE TAX RETURN SHOWS THE AMOUNT OF BEER REMOVED FROM A BREWER ON A SEMI-MONTHLY BASIS, THE AMOUNT OF TAX DUE, ADJUSTMENTS TO THE RETURN AND ACTUAL TAX PAID. EXCISE TAX ON BEER IS $9.00 A BARREL AND IS MOSTLY PAID ON A DEFERRED BASIS.
