Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IS NECESSARY TO ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT IN MAKING AN ASSESSMENT OF THE AGENCY'S LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE CAPABILITY TO ADMINISTER ITS FAIR HOUSING LAW. THE AGENCY SEEKING RECOGNITION MUST SUBMIT COPIES OF ATTORNEY GENERAL OPINIONS, ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATING INFORMATION (BUDGET, PERSONNEL, ETC.) AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RELATIVE TO THE AGENCY'S ABILITY TO SATISFACTORILY ADMINISTER ITS LAW/ORDINANCE.
