Abstract: FORM IS NECESSARY TO ESTABLISH THE LIABILITY OF TAX ON TOBACCO ARTICLES AT THE PREMISES OF A TOBACCO MANUFACTURER. THE INVENTORY IS RECORDED ON THIS FORM BY THE PROPRIETOR AND OCCURS AT THE BEGINNING AND CLOSING OF THE BUSINESS AND AT TIMES REQUIRED BY ATF. THIS FORM IS IMPORTANT TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS AND TO PROTECT THE REVENUE.
