Operations Reports" will be sent to OMB in May and June of 1985 and
that the final report will be submitted in November 1985. With the
next submission, the agency will provide in accordance with
5CFR1320.4 a complete analysis of the burden, need and utility of
alternative reporting frequencies. In addition, the agency will
provide a complete justification for any information collection in
this area.

DATA IS NECESSARY TO ACCOUNT FOR AND
VERIFY THE ATTACHMENT OF TAX LIABILITIES. IT IS USED TO AUDIT PLANT
OPERATIONS, MONITOR THE INDUSTRY FOR THE EFFICIENT ALLOCATION OF
PERSONNEL RESOURCES AND THE COMPILATION OF STATISTICS FOR
