MANUFACTURERS OF PAPER AND PAPER
PRODUCTS ARE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN RECORDS OF THE AMOUNT OF
RECOVERED MATERIALS USED IN THEIR MILLS IN A CALENDAR YEAR.
PROCURING AGENCIES WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO VERIFY RECOVERED
MATERIALS CONTENT ON WHICH A PREFERENCE WAS GRANTED IN CASE OF A
BIDDER'S PROTEST.
