Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED BY THOSE PERSONS COVERED BY THE FVAA OF 1955 AND THE OCVRA OF 1975 AS A SIMULTANEOUS APPLICATION FORM FOR REGISTRATION AND ABSENTEE BALLOT. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 5-6 MILLION OF THESE ABSENTE VOTERS. THE FORM IS SENT BY THE VOTER DIRECTLY TO LOCAL ELECTION OFFICIALS. THIS INFORMATION IS NOT REQUIRED BY OR FURNISHED TO THE DOD.
