NCUA RULES AND REGULATIONS, 12 C.F.R.
PART 741 AND 746 IMPLEMENTS SECTION 202 OF THE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
ACT WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE CAPITALIZATION OF THE NATIONAL CREDIT
UNION INSURANCE FUND THROUGH THE MAINTENANCE OF A DEPOSIT BY EACH
INSURED CREDIT UNION. THE NCUA 1304 AND 1305 PROVIDE FOR REMITTANCE
OF INSURANCE DEPOSIT AND ANNUAL OPERATING FEE.
