12 CFR 545.95 REQUIRES FEDERAL
ASSOCIATIONS TO SUBMIT TO THE BANK BOARD APPLICATIONS TO CHANGE THE
LOCATION OF AN EXISTING BRANCH OFFICE THE PURPOSE OF THIS
APPLICATION IS TO DETERMINE IF THERE IS A BASIS FOR SUPERVISORY
OBJECTION TO THE BRANCH RELOCATION AND WHETHER THE THE BRANCH
RELOCATION PROPOSAL COMPLIES WITH REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS. THE
BOARD ALSO IS REQUIRED UNDER THE COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT ACT OF
