Abstract: THE RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM (AUTHORIZED BY PUBLIC LAW 89-181, 97 STAT. 1153) WILL DISTRIBUTE FUNDS THROUGH A COMPUTERIZED CASH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. THIS SYSTEM BOTH COLLECTS DATA REQUIRED BY STATUTE AND DISPERSES PROGRAM FUNDS THROUGH AN ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER SYSTEM. THE FORMS COVERED IN THIS SUBMISSION ARE RELATED TO THE ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER PORTION OF THE CASH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
