Abstract: THE PROPOSED REQUIREMENT IS THAT THE FEDERALLY INSURED CREDIT UNIONS (FICU'S) MONTHLY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS SHALL REFLECT THE TOTAL NUMBER AND AGGREGATE FINANCIAL STATEMENT. THE PURPOSE IS TO ENSURE THAT FICU'S ARE COMPLYING WITH THE NEW REGULATION (12 C.F.R. PART 706). THE REGULATION WILL PREVENT LOSSES TO FICU'S AND THE NATIONAL CREDIT UNION SHARE INSURANCE FUND.
