Terms of Clearance: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1350, this request is approved through 3/31/90 with the following conditions (1) the "Address Listing Page" is modified to place question 14 "Are there any other living quarters occupied or vacant, in this building or on this property" in the top right hand corner as submitte to OMB in the memorandum of June 15, 1987, (2) the "Quality Control Listing and Matching Record" should also be modified to place question 16 "Are there any othe living quartes, occupied or vacant in this building or on this property" on the top right hand corner as submitted to OMB in the memorandum of Jun 16, 1987, and (3) the "Special Place Address Listing Page" submitted to OMB with the memorandum of June 12, 1987, is a part of this package and, therefore, must contain the OMB number. The interviewer instructions should indicate clearly how additional living quartes should be recorded. The printed versions of the three forms cleared and the instruction booklets should be submitted to OMB for inclusion on the docket. In addition, the Spanish version of the Privacy Act Notice should be modified as agreed and submitted for the docket.

Abstract: THIS IS AN ADDRESS LIST COMPILATION AND UPDAT OPERATION TO BE USED IN THE 1990 DECENNIAL CENSUS. THIS PRELIST OPERATION WILL REQUIRE RESPONDENTS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR MAILING ADDRESS, THE PHYSICAL LOCATION OF THE HOUSING UNIT AND THE NAME OF THE HOUSEHOLDER.
