Abstract: SEC. 27(C) OF PUBLIC LAW 98-369 REQUIRES THAT THE PAYMENT OF ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO EXCISE TAXES OF $5 MILLION OR MORE TO BE PAID BY ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT). THIS NOTICE IS USED BY ATF TO IDENTIFY TAXPAYERS WHO ARE REQUIRED TO REMIT TAXES USING EFT. THE INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE ONLY FROM THE TAXPAYER.
