MONTH ON PROJECTS THAT HUD HAS APPROVED FOR THE INSURANCE OF
ADVANCES OF MORTGAGE PROCEEDS. APPLICABL CERTIFICATES MUST BE
SIGNED BY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR, PROJECT ARCHITECT AND THE HUD
INSPECTOR, THEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE FIELD OFFICE PRIOR TO
INSURANCE OF THE ADVANCES.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
