ADDITIONAL TIME TO CONSTRUCT A STATION OR WHEN AM, FM OR TV
LICENSEES/PERMITTEES APPLY FOR CONSTRUCTION PERMIT TO REPLACE
EXPIRED PERMIT. THE DATA IS USED BY FCC PERSONNEL TO DETERMINE IF
LICENSEE, PERMITTEE OR COMMON CARRIER MEETS STATUTORY AND TREATY
REQUIREMENTS AND WHETHER THE PROPOSAL WILL SERVE THE PUBLIC
INTEREST.
