The paperwork
requirements associated with the proposed rule implementing the
SEPPAA are approved through November 1990 and have been assigned 1
hour of burden in the PBGC inventory. At the time OMB clears the
final rule, PBGC should submit an ICW requesting the full amount of
burden hours imposed by these paperwork requirements or a new
paperwork package, if the paperwork requirements in the final rule
differ materially from those in the proposed rule.
